Lizelan, an established company in the agroforestry sector with over two decades of experience in executing forestry works, maintaining electrical infrastructure, environmental restoration, and landscape integration, located in Oiartzun and Amorebieta, is seeking to hire a BILINGUAL SPANISH\-FRENCH OSH TECHNICIAN in a FORESTRY environment. JOB DESCRIPTION \+ RESPONSIBILITIES If you are passionate about Safety and have experience in the forestry, environmental, and landscaping sectors... THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! WHAT WILL YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES BE? Reporting to management, the hired candidate will ensure safety and health in all forestry and production activities, guaranteeing compliance with current regulations, promoting continuous improvement in preventive processes, and fostering a genuine culture of occupational safety and health throughout the organization. **Specifically, you will be responsible for:** * Conducting safety inspections at construction sites / Traveling nationally for field visits, including the Basque Country, Navarre, and southern France. * Managing relationships with site managers, external prevention services, risk assessments, supplementary studies, measurements, monitoring indicators, etc. * Designing, implementing, and monitoring prevention plans in accordance with current OSH and environmental regulations. * Coordinating business activities, controlling and monitoring documentation submitted by subcontractors (general, workers, and machinery). * Managing documentation for own workers on projects: providing information, PPE, training, medical check-ups, etc. * Processing accidents and incidents: submitting assistance reports, collecting documentation, analyzing data, investigating accidents, preparing incident reports. * Preparing ISO 45001 OSH audits. * Providing support to various projects. * Delivering training sessions. * Conducting drills. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * Education: University degree, preferably in FORESTRY, FORESTRY ENGINEERING, AGRICULTURAL fields, and an OFFICIAL MASTER'S DEGREE IN OSH. * Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within an internal or shared Prevention Service. * Bilingual in Spanish \- French, both written and spoken. * Availability to travel * Valid driver's license * Competencies: leadership, problem-solving ability, empathy, communication, and negotiation skills. * DESIRABLE: * Knowledge of ISO 45001 * Environmental knowledge, ISO 14001, carbon footprint * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
