Your main mission will be, in collaboration with the teaching team of the area, to assume responsibility for designing and delivering culinary subjects within the courses on food pre-preparation and basic cooking techniques. Our main areas of work focus on: * Preparing, together with the kitchen assistant team, the mise en place for training, orders, etc. * Delivering theoretical and practical culinary instruction. * Updating course content for the delivery of various subjects. * Tutoring projects, reviewing assignments, monitoring student progress, facilitating online forums, etc. #### **Requirements** **Do you identify with the following characteristics?** * Minimum qualification: Vocational Training Level 2 (FP2) in Culinary Arts, Gastronomy, or equivalent. * At least five years’ professional experience working in traditional restaurants. * Proficiency in standard computer applications such as Excel and PowerPoint. **You will stand out if you have:** * Experience delivering formal or non-formal training. * A Master’s degree in Teacher Training and/or the Certificate of Pedagogical Aptitude (CAP). * Experience working with learning platforms such as Moodle or similar. * A high level of English (C1). **What can you expect from Basque Culinary Center?** * Becoming part of a pioneering, continuously growing project fueled by passion for gastronomy. * Temporary full-time employment. * Playing an active role in maintaining a positive work environment.
