You will report directly to the Respiratory BU Area Lead. **You will be responsible for:** * Promoting the company’s products to physicians and other healthcare professionals to increase sales and strengthen the company’s position in the pharmaceutical market. * Planning and organizing visits to physicians within the assigned territory to achieve sales targets and consolidate partnership relationships. * Sharing accurate information with physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding the company’s products, including composition, side effects, and contraindications. * Collecting and analyzing market, competitor, and customer information to identify sales opportunities and enhance the company’s market position. * Maintaining and managing relationships with physicians and other healthcare professionals to consolidate the company’s presence in the territory. * Collaborating cross-functionally with other company departments to implement strategies aimed at improving customer experience. * Participating in industry events, congresses, and conferences to promote the company’s products and acquire new knowledge. **Key Stakeholders** * Primary Care Physicians and Hospital Specialists * Medical & Patient-centered Solution Partner & MSL * Marketing Solution Partner * Other Chiesi colleagues sharing the same territory * Compliance & Legal * Customer Service **What You’ll Need** * Experience in the territory * Bachelor’s degree in scientific disciplines—preferably medicine, pharmacy, or biology—is highly valued * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical sector, ideally with a respiratory focus * Intermediate English proficiency **What We’d Prefer** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with physicians and other healthcare professionals. * Results-oriented mindset, ability to work toward goals, and capacity to autonomously manage one’s workload. * Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to identify sales opportunities. * Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to manage stressful situations and work in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment. * Strong innovation orientation and multichannel expertise. ***What We Offer*** No matter where your journey begins at Chiesi, it will lead to inspiring opportunities.
