




ACCOUNTING / FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT IN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT In our property management company, we are looking for a candidate with training in accounting and administration who wishes to join a dynamic team focused on customer service. The selected candidate will assist in the accounting and financial management of homeowners' associations, ensuring rigorous and up-to-date control of their accounts. Main responsibilities: \- Recording and accounting of invoices from various trades and homeowners' association fees. \- Bank reconciliations and monitoring transactions across different community accounts. \- Assist in preparing settlements, budgets, and annual financial statements for communities. \- Monitor receivables and payments. \- Liaise with suppliers, property owners, and community board presidents to resolve accounting inquiries. \- Archive and manage financial and administrative documentation. Requirements \- Minimum education: Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Administration and Finance or equivalent. \- Knowledge of general accounting and homeowners' association accounting. \- Proficiency in office software tools. \- Organized individual with strong attention to detail. Preferred qualifications \- Previous experience in property management companies or accounting offices. \- Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
