If you identify with our core values, we look forward to meeting you! www.telefonicatech.com**What do we do in the team?** Within Telefónica Tech’s **RESPOND** unit, we seek a professional who will supervise and coordinate Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) teams, ensuring effectiveness in detection, analysis, response, and recovery from cybersecurity incidents. **What will your day-to-day be like?** Your mission will include managing DFIR teams, coordinating responses to cybersecurity incidents, overseeing implementation of security strategies and procedures, developing training programs for staff, and preparing executive reports on the status and effectiveness of security operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities: * Manage communication with executive management regarding the status of information security and lead initiatives for continuous improvement of the Group’s incident response capabilities. * Ensure appropriate handling and response to cybersecurity incidents, supervising integration and effectiveness of detection, analysis, response, and recovery strategies. * Design and oversee implementation of KPIs to measure incident response effectiveness, internal customer satisfaction, and continuous service improvement. * Management of internal operations related to access management, exceptions, and hardware and software resource inventories. * Review of processes and operational workflows to identify improvements. * Analysis and enhancement of technological capabilities—i.e., identification of automation opportunities and technological evolutions. * Review of tickets generated within Respond services. * Review of operational procedures. * Support in high-priority Incident Response cases. * Preparation of internal Respond dashboards. * Other tasks related to internal management of the unit. **And for this role, we believe it would be ideal if you had…** **Experience** * Over 5 years in cybersecurity with demonstrable experience. * In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity, particularly in digital forensics and incident response. * Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks and teams simultaneously under high-pressure conditions. * Communication and presentation skills to interact effectively across all organizational levels, including executive management. **Education** Required: * Higher vocational training in computer systems, computing and/or telecommunications; or medium/higher-level degree in computing and/or telecommunications; or postgraduate/Master’s degree in computing, forensic sciences and/or telecommunications. * Prior experience managing cybersecurity services in multinational environments.
