Documentation of procedures for resolving technical incidents. * **Are you the candidate?** **Minimum Education** Technical Engineering – Technician in Systems and Networks Administration English proficiency at minimum B2 level is valued. IT profile for systems administration * Knowledge of Linux and Windows systems administration. * Knowledge of network configuration and network security. * Knowledge of virtualization technologies (Hyper-V and KVM) and containerization (Docker). * Experience with Jira and other Atlassian tools is valued. * Experience with DevOps tools (GitLab, Jenkins, Sonar, etc.) is valued. * Corporate Competencies We value qualities such as responsibility, commitment, and rigor in performing duties.
