Systems Administrator We are seeking a Systems Administrator to join a service at an industrial multinational, providing direct support to the Information Technology leadership team, with a focus on infrastructure and communications management. During an initial phase, the position will primarily focus on IT Security-related projects within the Infrastructure area, until completion of audits and recertification processes. This is a temporary phase where willingness to learn, organizational skills, and attention to detail will be especially important—more so than prior specific experience in audits. Conversational English required. Main Responsibilities Support for communications management, including switches, routers, and Wi\-Fi. Support for server infrastructure, primarily Active Directory and Windows Server environments. Support for end-user workstation infrastructure, including PCs and peripherals. Participation in executing tasks across these three infrastructure areas. Participation in operating work teams and tools used for infrastructure maintenance and evolution. Participation in infrastructure-related projects within these areas. Collaboration with international teams, requiring regular oral and written use of English. Occasionally, the selected candidate may undertake sporadic trips to the company’s European offices. **During the initial phase, responsibilities will include:** Reviewing, updating, and aligning IT area security procedures and policies. Validating and consolidating technology inventories, including infrastructure assets, user devices, and mobile devices. Cross-referencing and organizing information from internal documentation and corporate tools such as Intune, Entra ID, Defender, or domain controllers. Preparing and gathering evidence required for audits and TISAX recertification processes within the Information Technology domain. Once this phase concludes and recertification is completed, the individual will provide support for administration of environments such as Active Directory, Intune, Entra ID, and Defender. What We Offer? Permanent contract. 40-hour weekly schedule, Monday to Friday, with flexible start time between 8:00 and 9:00 and end time between 17:00 and 18:00, including a one-hour lunch break. **Workplace:** Sant Vicenç dels Horts.
