Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT professional to assume full responsibility for the company's IT infrastructure, manage systems and networks, and collaborate on the global IT strategy. Key Responsibilities: 1. Full responsibility for the company's entire IT infrastructure 2. Participation in the central IT strategy and global collaboration 3. Management and optimization of servers, networks, and systems WHY WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU * Full responsibility for the company's entire IT infrastructure, aligned with framework conditions and global guidelines. * Advanced management and supervision of: + Computers, printers, scanners, and peripherals. + Warehouse IT equipment and systems. * Administration and optimization of servers, networks, system infrastructure, and connections (on-site and/or cloud-based). * Participation in the central IT strategy and collaboration with the global IT department. * Implementation of the central IT strategy in accordance with business requirements. * Resolution of critical incidents and high-level support (L3\). * Coordination and management of external vendors, service providers, developers, and technology partners. * Management of IT requirements, acting as a liaison between business expectations and IT experts/developers/programmers. * Implementation and maintenance of IT, information, and cybersecurity policies, backup procedures, and business continuity. * Configuration and management of local Active Directory (AD) structures, development of authentication solutions and centralized access management based on business requirements and security management functions. * Technical documentation and continuous improvement of IT processes in the central CMDB and LeanIX tool. * Collaboration on global projects and cooperation with external and internal global partners. WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field * At least 5 years of experience in similar IT roles. * Advanced knowledge in: + Corporate infrastructure and hardware + Networks, communication, and connectivity + Servers and operating systems (Windows/Linux) + TISAX or similar standards + Strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, autonomy, and results orientation * Proficiency in English (mandatory) for technical communication and international coordination The following qualifications will be considered advantageous: * Experience in industrial or logistics environments. * Experience with SAP environments and leading SAP-related projects. * Knowledge in virtualization, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, etc.), and cybersecurity. * Strategic thinking and a continuous improvement mindset.
