Job Mission This position aims to lead the corporate technology infrastructure, ensuring the robustness, security, and evolution of the systems and networks supporting the group’s operations. This is a role with direct impact on the organization’s digitalization, combining strategic responsibility with technical execution capability. Key Responsibilities Define and implement the technology roadmap aligned with corporate objectives. Oversee and optimize infrastructure for systems, networks, communications, cybersecurity, and cloud environments. Administer Microsoft environments (especially Azure and Microsoft 365), ensuring performance, availability, and security. Ensure business continuity through backup, recovery, and risk management policies. Manage technology vendors, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs). Lead technology modernization projects, migrations, and automation initiatives. Establish corporate IT policies, standards, and procedures. Control the department’s budget and optimize technology investments. Ensure regulatory compliance regarding security and data protection. Analyze IT metrics to anticipate needs and improve processes. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. Solid experience (minimum 7–10 years) in systems, network, and cybersecurity administration within complex corporate environments. Advanced experience with the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure and Microsoft 365). Experience managing technology projects. English proficiency level B2–C1. Strategically minded profile with strong analytical capabilities and results orientation. Ability to combine technical leadership with operational involvement when required.
