Minimum 2 years’ experience in process automation, big data exploitation, or natural language systems. Knowledge of RPA, script development, or AI tools applied to support. Experience documenting, standardizing, and transferring technical knowledge across support levels. Desirable experience in chatbot design, automatic incident classification, or predictive analytics. Professional requirements for a Level 2 Customer Support Technician: MECES Level 1: Vocational Training Technician (Web Application Development, Multiplatform Application Development, Network Systems Administration) or equivalent or higher qualification. Minimum experience: 2 years performing duties as a Systems Technician or Level 2 Technician in an ICT User Support Center. Experience in advanced technical support, incident analysis, and use of ticketing tools. Required knowledge (all or at least two of the following three blocks): 1. Communications and Systems: o Intermediate knowledge of communications, servers, and data centers (CPD). o Ability to identify and appropriately escalate incidents related to these environments. 2. Quality and Methodologies: o Knowledge of quality standards and ITIL and ISO 20000 methodologies. o Experience in continuous improvement processes or change management. 3. Technological Environments and Digital Administration: o Knowledge and experience in electronic data exchange services, electronic signature, and digital administration. o Experience with: ?
