




**Description:** ---------------- At Qualis Consultores, we are seeking an administrative professional with advanced Excel skills to perform duties as a PROPERTY MANAGER for a property management company located in Vitoria-Gasteiz. We are looking for an organized and meticulous individual; responsible and capable of gradually taking on more workload over time. **Responsibilities**: * Accounting for community treasury (managing expenses). * Organizing meeting calls, managing minutes, archiving documents, etc... * Resolving inquiries from residents via email or phone. * Contacting trade guilds (repairs, requesting quotes, submitting them, monitoring work progress...) * Managing relationships with insurance companies (claims, incidents, reports...) **Working hours**: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM and from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM. Fridays and summer months from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM. **Requirements:** --------------- * Mandatory: 3 years of prior experience in property management offices. * Mandatory: high level of proficiency in Excel and office software. * Desirable: education in administration or related fields. * Desirable: valid driver's license and access to a vehicle. * Must reside in Vitoria-Gasteiz.
