As Director of Interior Design, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the distinctive style of FeelFree Rentals, ensuring each property reflects our identity: elegance, comfort, and practicality. Your responsibilities will include: * Selecting and updating furniture and decorative elements for our apartments, always seeking a balance between style, durability, and functionality. * Leading renovation projects, whether partial or full-scale, in bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas, coordinating with owners and contractors, and making key interior design decisions within budget constraints. * Creating high-quality renders and plans to show property owners how their properties will look after a renovation or interior design project. **REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:** * Experience in interior design. * Experience in coordinating renovation projects will be valued. * Proficiency in design and visualization tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max or similar), as well as professional-grade rendering software (V\-Ray, Corona, Lumion or others). * Aesthetic sensitivity to understand and maintain FeelFree's unique style. * Ability to work within budgets and find creative and functional solutions. * Problem-solving and management skills for coordinating projects and vendors. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with property owners and multidisciplinary teams.
