We are seeking a Customer Service Engineer to join our technical team at our MURCIA site in LORQUÍ and contribute to the support and continuous improvement of our solutions. What are we looking for? A professional with a degree in Industrial Technical Engineering (Mechanical specialization) or Industrial Engineering, possessing initiative and a customer-oriented mindset. **Key Responsibilities:** * Technical support to customers, partners, and the internal Customer Service department, both nationally and internationally. Includes troubleshooting, technical inquiries, and preparation of technical documentation and proposals. * Continuous improvement: Analyze customer feedback, record improvement actions, and collaborate with the engineering department to optimize machines in service. * Occasional technical assistance: Support in-house technicians, customers, or partners during commissioning, maintenance, technical upgrades, and modifications. * Technical documentation management: Create and update maintenance, operation, cleaning manuals, FAQs, and other related documents. * Materials management: Coordinate spare parts orders, track purchases and logistics, and ensure delivery and installation at customer sites. * Preventive maintenance: Analyze data, develop KPIs and procedures, and implement technical manuals. * Technical report writing: Document customer visits and other aspects of technical support. * Quotations: Prepare spare parts estimates and improvement proposals for customers. * Technical support during commissioning, maintenance, and follow-up of manufacturing orders. **Job Requirements:** * Education: Industrial Technical Engineer (Mechanical specialization) or Industrial Engineer. * Experience or interest in technical support and machinery improvement. * Willingness to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally. * Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and ability to work effectively in teams. * English proficiency level: C1. * Prior experience is not required; we welcome Junior profiles.
