Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Industrial Engineer for the technical department, focusing on maintenance and hydraulic infrastructure projects, supervising installations and managing costs. We are looking for a junior profile—recently graduated or with limited experience—with solid technical training and strong motivation to learn, to join our industrial department. You will be part of the technical construction team, engaging in maintenance and hydraulic infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will include supervising electromechanical installations—such as pumps and electrical panels—as well as supporting preventive and corrective maintenance management for networks and facilities. You will also participate in certification control, cost management, and economic monitoring of projects, as well as technical coordination with authorities and collaborators. A degree in Industrial Engineering (with specializations in electrical, mechanical, or energy engineering) is preferred, along with at least one year of experience on construction sites or industrial projects—preferably within the water cycle. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Presto, and Microsoft Office is required, as well as a strong interest in hydraulic infrastructure and automation. Excellent organizational, planning, and teamwork skills are expected, as well as communication abilities to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. What Are We Looking For? * Degree in Industrial Engineering (preferably specializing in electrical, mechanical, or energy engineering). * Minimum 1 year of experience in projects related to the water cycle. * Technical knowledge of AutoCAD, Presto, and Microsoft Office. * Ability to manage, plan, and work collaboratively in teams. * Knowledge of applied hydraulics for water supply and sanitation networks. * Experience with pumping, treatment, and automation equipment. * Skills in project coordination and interaction with public authorities.
