Responsibilities: ? Perform opening and closing duties ? Set up the working station, ensuring it is well organized to prepare for service ? Refill fridges ? Greet and possibly welcome guests ? Suggestive upselling ? Introduce cocktails when served to guests (and explain in detail when necessary) ? Keep the bar clean at all times ? Maintain a friendly atmosphere at all times ? Attend daily briefing ? Build relationships with guests and ensure loyalty ? Maintain cocktail quality according to standards ? Keep the environment and tools in proper condition ? Monitor and update the cocktail menu, ensuring it is always clean and current ? Monitor stock and storage at all times ? Alert the team about out-of-stock items (86) and poorly selling cocktails ?
