Job Responsibilities Customer Service and Experience * Greet and welcome customers in a courteous and professional manner. * Escort customers to their tables and respond promptly and efficiently to their requests. * Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring understanding of preferences, dietary restrictions, and special needs. * Recommend dishes and beverages according to customer tastes, providing detailed information about ingredients, preparation methods, and pairings. * Serve food and beverages adhering to the restaurant’s presentation standards. * Ensure customers have all necessary items to enjoy their experience (cutlery, napkins, condiments, etc.). * Monitor assigned tables and anticipate customer needs. * Process partial or full payments efficiently and accurately. * Collect and record customer feedback using company-provided tools. * Handle dissatisfaction or conflict situations professionally, calmly, and empathetically. Service Quality and Safety * Ensure customer safety by verifying allergens and confirming each dish is served as ordered. * Guarantee compliance with promotions and discounts according to restaurant policies. * Take full responsibility for the customer journey: from arrival at the establishment through to receipt delivery. Maintenance and Operational Support * Maintain optimal conditions in the dining room, restrooms, tables, glassware, plants, and other assigned areas. * Conduct inventories of tableware, cutlery, and station supplies. * Collaborate with the team to ensure comprehensive and harmonious service. * Assist with additional tasks such as restocking materials (support sticks, boxes, or others) when operations permit. Candidate Profile * Prior front-of-house experience, preferably in fine-dining or similar restaurants. * Excellent customer service skills, positive attitude, and attention to detail. * Professional appearance, reliability, and ability to work effectively within a team. * Knowledge of front-of-house protocol, allergens, and basic food handling (desirable). * Availability for immediate start.
