At **Hotel Alicante Golf**, we are looking to hire a **Maître** to lead the daily operations of the food and beverage service and events, ensuring proper organization of the front-of-house team and compliance with the establishment’s quality standards. Main Responsibilities * Organize and supervise front-of-house service in the restaurant, banquets, and events. * Coordinate and lead the waitstaff team and temporary personnel. * Oversee setups, service protocols, and direct customer interaction. * Coordinate operations with the kitchen and other involved departments. * Supervise the use of equipment, tableware, and inventory in the front-of-house area. * Resolve incidents during service and monitor customer satisfaction. Requirements * Minimum of **2–3 years** experience as a Maître, Assistant Maître, or Head Waiter/Waitress, preferably in hotels. * Education in Hospitality, Catering, or related field (preferred). * Leadership, organizational, and customer-oriented skills. * English language proficiency is desirable. * Availability and flexibility regarding working hours.
