




Job Summary: We are seeking a cook to prepare traditional Asturian recipes, maintaining quality standards and ensuring efficient service as well as compliance with food safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation and plating of traditional Asturian recipes 2. Organization of the work area to ensure efficient service 3. Key collaboration with the team We are looking for a cook in Oviedo (Asturias) to prepare and plate traditional Asturian recipes while upholding our quality standards. You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining your work area to guarantee efficient service, especially during peak hours. You must also monitor the condition of fresh ingredients and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Collaboration with the rest of the team will be essential. Previous experience of at least two or three years in large-scale kitchens or recognized restaurants is required, demonstrating solid knowledge of Asturian cuisine (stews, meats, fish, and tapas). We seek a proactive individual capable of working under pressure and with flexible availability. Residency in Colloto or nearby areas—or possession of a personal vehicle—is mandatory. A permanent discontinuous full-time contract is offered, with salary according to the Hospitality Industry Collective Agreement.
