Permanent full-time contract with immediate start. Teamwork ability, capacity to identify needs and problems, problem-solving skills, and initiative are required. Essential Requirements: . Languages: Spanish. . Prior experience: traditional Basque cuisine (fish and seafood). . Sector knowledge, including kitchen and front-of-house operations. . Passion for hospitality and eagerness to become part of this restaurant. . Courtesy and professionalism when interacting with suppliers and colleagues. . Responsibility. Desirable Requirements: . Languages: Basque. . Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. . Software: ‘Tspoonlab’ management system and ‘Revo’ POS system. Working Conditions: . Permanent full-time contract. . Working hours: lunch service from 10:15 to 16:45 and dinner service from 20:30 to 23:00. . October–June (9 months): lunch service Wednesday to Sunday; dinner service Friday and Saturday. Days off: Monday and Tuesday. . July–September (3 months): lunch and dinner service Tuesday to Saturday. Days off: Monday and Sunday. . 53 annual vacation days.
