Long-term professional development within a leading company. **Company Overview** Our client, an industrial company in the naval sector specializing in manufacturing and production processes, is seeking a **Production Team Leader** to lead daily on-site operations, ensuring achievement of production targets, proper team coordination, and efficient facility operation. **Job Mission** Your mission will be to coordinate and supervise productive activities during your assigned shift, ensuring proper performance of personnel, machinery, and facilities, as well as compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise operational staff during your shift, managing task assignments, vacation planning, absence tracking, and adherence to occupational health and safety regulations, acting as a preventive resource when necessary. * Ensure proper maintenance of facilities and machinery, guaranteeing execution of tasks according to established procedures and operational standards. * Coordinate and supervise subcontracted companies and external personnel during your assigned shift, ensuring compliance with internal and safety protocols. * Ensure achievement of production targets for your shift, managing incidents, resolving unforeseen issues, and optimizing operational continuity. * Comply with and promote implementation of Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S), and product quality procedures within the factory environment and at the workplace. * Host and accompany factory visits during your assigned shift, preparing follow-up reports and proposing improvements to operational procedures and activities. **Reporting Line**: Factory Manager **People Management**: Yes **Years of Experience in Similar Role**: >3 **Education and Technical Competencies**: * Higher Vocational Training Degree in Mechanical Manufacturing, Machining, or related industrial disciplines. * Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) training, including certification as a preventive resource and emergency response training. * Additional training in production management, team leadership, or continuous improvement is desirable. **Core Competency** * Leadership and people management competencies * Industrial planning and organizational competencies **What We Offer** * Join a nationally and internationally recognized company. * Attractive compensation package and additional social benefits. * Job stability and long-term professional development. * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 15:00 to 23:00.
