Main responsibilities: \- Procurement management \- Issuing and tracking purchase orders \- Monitoring delivery dates and coordinating with suppliers \- Tracking internal requirements in collaboration with other departments \- Administrative control of purchases and updating information in ERP systems \- Management and monitoring of external subcontracting for various finishes and processes (painting, galvanizing, machining, surface treatments, etc.) \- Logistical coordination of deliveries and pickups with external suppliers \- Resolution of supply incidents and monitoring of deadlines \- Support in planning external workloads and production priorities \- Collaboration in improving internal purchasing and procurement processes ### **Requirements** \- Education in Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field \- Minimum 2 years’ experience in procurement, operational purchasing, or supplier management within an industrial environment \- Experience in the metal or industrial manufacturing sector is highly desirable \- Proficiency in ERP systems and intermediate/advanced Excel skills \- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual \- Ability to coordinate across multiple internal departments and with suppliers ### **Offered** \- Stable incorporation into a solid and growing company \- Professional project with development opportunities \- Good working environment ### **Tags** * project management * excel * planning * purchasing * order tracking * order coordination
