*CIDETEC* will select a person to join as support staff in the Facilities Maintenance team. **Your contribution** You will become part of a cutting-edge research center focused on sustainability and the circular economy, which has brought electrification closer to our roads and is already working toward a 100% sustainable future. Your responsibilities will focus on: * **Receiving Materials** + Document verification of orders: Review purchase orders and ensure received materials match what was requested. + Quality inspection: Check that products or materials are in good condition and meet quality standards. + Registration and documentation: Enter information about received materials into the inventory system. + Proper storage: Place materials in the appropriate area of the warehouse, following organization and safety guidelines. + Return management: Coordinate the return of defective or incorrect materials with suppliers. + Communication with suppliers: Maintain contact with suppliers to resolve delivery issues.**Shipping Management** + Order preparation: Pick, pack, and label products to be shipped to customers or branches. + Carrier coordination: Manage shipping logistics with transport companies and ensure delivery deadlines are met. + Shipping documentation: Issue invoices, dispatch notes, and other necessary documents. + Shipment tracking: Monitor the status of sent orders and resolve issues in case of delays or incidents. + Customer returns management: Coordinate the receipt of returned products from customers and their reintegration into the warehouse.**Other Responsibilities** + Inventory control: Keep stock updated, perform periodic counts, and anticipate replenishment needs. + Warehouse safety and organization: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace. + Process optimization: Identify improvements in warehouse management to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
