Job Summary: This role involves daily analysis of finished products, logistics coordination, documentation generation, invoicing, transport tracking, incident management, customs management, and consignment warehouse control. RESPONSIBILITIES * Daily analysis of finished products with the warehouse supervisor to prepare the daily loading plan and for storage in external subcontracted warehouses. * Booking shipments with designated logistics operators for the destination and timely service, in the company’s ERP system. * Generating shipping documentation and sending it to the corresponding transportation company and to customer service. * Invoicing of shipments. * Tracking transports to support customer service. * Managing incidents related to contracted freight and delivery services. * Customs clearance management. * Controlling, tracking, and updating deliveries in consignment warehouses within the system. REQUIREMENTS * Prior experience required in Logistics departments: cargo volume calculation for road and maritime transport / shipment tracking. * Knowledge of international trade \- Incoterms (maritime and road) is desirable. * Proficiency in office software (Outlook, Excel, …). * Intermediate level of English. * The ideal candidate must demonstrate teamwork capability, goal-oriented performance, organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and experience working under pressure. * Strong customer service orientation is required. * Full-time availability. * Personal vehicle required. \#ITASA WHAT WE OFFER Mativ benefits say a lot about how we care for each other.
