Stable position with growth trajectory and autonomy **Region**: Vitoria **Residence**: Vitoria or surrounding areas **Working Hours**: Full-time **Salary**: €25,000 – €30,000 gross annual base salary + performance-based variable compensation **Vehicle**: Company car provided **Job Description** A company in the meat industry is seeking a Regional Sales Representative to manage and develop the butcher shop channel in Biscay. The selected candidate will be responsible for both maintaining the current customer portfolio and acquiring new butcher shops, with a clear results- and growth-oriented focus. **Responsibilities** * Manage and foster loyalty among the existing customer portfolio in the Biscay region. * Conduct active prospecting and acquire new butcher shops. * Carry out in-person sales visits and provide continuous customer follow-up. * Negotiate commercial terms and close agreements. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery. * Achieve sales targets and expand the customer portfolio. **Requirements** * Prior experience in direct sales or field sales within the food or meat industry. * Knowledge of the butcher shop channel (highly desirable). * Residence in Vitoria or nearby areas. * Valid driver’s license. * Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented profile. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. **Offered** * Competitive fixed salary (€25,000 – €30,000) plus performance-based variable compensation. * Company car for job-related activities. * Stable position with opportunities for career advancement. * Autonomy and responsibility over the assigned territory.
