The main responsibilities of this position are: \- Customer service and order follow-up, as well as order management. \- Logistics follow-up, transportation, supply, and delivery of orders within assigned areas. \- Processing export, import, logistics, and customs documentation. \- Preparing and managing quotations (customer estimates). \- Financial management. \- Knowledge of information technologies. \- Legalization procedures and tax payments. \- Database administration. \- Administrative tasks. **Minimum requirements:** \- Spoken and written English (minimum B2 level, demonstrable) **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Job type: Full-time, permanent contract Salary: €20,000.00–€23,000.00 per year Work location: On-site employment
