Your responsibilities: * Administrative management: invoicing, expense control, and use of HOLDED ERP system. * Digital organization and archiving. * Registration and updating of services in the internal system. * Communication with customers and suppliers in Spanish, English, and Basque. * Customer support: phone calls, emails, incident handling, and post\-service follow\-up. * Preparation of quotations and commercial support. What we are looking for: * English at B2 level and operational Basque. * An organized, solution\-oriented person with attention to detail. * Proficiency in Excel, Word, email, and CRM systems. * Experience in transport, logistics, or services is highly valued.
