Then this is the perfect project for you!** At Basque Culinary Center, we are looking for a dynamic, strategically minded individual to manage and strengthen relationships with our sponsoring companies. **Your mission will be** to ensure the development, monitoring, and execution of projects and agreements that retain our current partner companies. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Developing innovative proposals for companies, creating attractive solutions that add value and reinforce our collaborations. * Designing and executing projects by defining annual action plans, working hand-in-hand with companies to ensure objectives are met. * Maintaining continuous and effective communication between companies and our internal teams, ensuring project progress and success. * Implementing loyalty programs to strengthen relationships with companies and ensure their long-term satisfaction. * Monitoring and evaluating results, preparing detailed reports, and conducting budgetary follow-up to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of each initiative. * Negotiating and formalizing agreement renewals, ensuring relationship continuity and mutual satisfaction. #### **Requirements** **Do you identify with the following characteristics?** * You hold a university degree in Business Administration and Management, Marketing, or related fields. * You have at least 3 years’ experience in project and client management, leading and coordinating initiatives and activities. * You demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. * You interact fluently in Basque, Spanish, and English, facilitating communication in multicultural environments. * You manage your time effectively, with planning and self-management capabilities, carrying out tasks efficiently and autonomously. * You are available for travel and own a vehicle. **It would be a plus if you:** * Have experience using specific tools such as Canva and Mailchimp for visual content creation. * Have experience organizing and coordinating events with sponsors. * Are characterized by flexibility and proactivity, finding innovative solutions for every challenge. **What can you expect from Basque Culinary Center?** * Being part of a pioneering, continuously growing project with great passion for gastronomy. * Indefinite full-time contract. * Working in a trust-based environment offering significant independence and flexibility. * Possibility of teleworking if the activity allows it. * Being an active contributor to maintaining a positive work climate.
