The main responsibilities of this position include ensuring that the construction work is carried out with the highest quality, supervising each stage of the construction process. The role will also involve after-sales management, handling and resolving any claims that may arise after project completion, guaranteeing customer satisfaction. In addition, efficient coordination among the various teams and subcontractors involved in the project will be essential. We are seeking a candidate with at least four years of proven experience in a similar role, ideally with experience in managerial positions within the construction sector. A Higher Technician qualification in Construction Project Organization and Control, or equivalent, is required to validate technical knowledge and management capability. Regarding working conditions, we offer a full-time permanent employment contract, with working hours from 8:00 to 17:00. Immediate availability is required. The annual gross salary is 32,000 euros, in accordance with the Construction Collective Agreement for the Principality of Asturias.
