




Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead a new team, select sales staff, and ensure achievement of commercial targets for subsidized training. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and build a new sales team 2. Manage and motivate sales staff to achieve targets 3. Market subsidized training nationwide Sales Manager for a new sales team, recruiting new sales staff into the workforce—including existing personnel. Lead the sales team in telephone-based activities, incorporating both existing staff and newly recruited personnel. We specialize in nationwide subsidized training for companies, at cursosytercersectorydependencia.es and lexgalformacion.es. The Sales Manager must sell and ensure that sales staff meet the objectives set forth in their contracts. Performance-based incentives will be provided based on personal sales and the sales volume achieved by the sales team. In-depth knowledge of subsidized training through Fundae is essential.
