This is where we supervise storage and delivery operations, plan routes, and analyze data. We are looking for a **Warehouse Manager** for our **Fulfillment** warehouse located in **Vitoria**. **What Will You Do in This Role?** As Warehouse Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations at our distribution center. You will be responsible for developing and administering daily operations and providing strategic oversight to support our rapid growth. * Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch). * Manage human resources: recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and staff development. * Manage agency staff: workforce sizing, resource assessment, and onboarding/offboarding/contract-type modifications with the agency. * Implement and optimize logistics processes to improve productivity and reduce costs. * Ensure and execute an action plan to meet operational KPIs and maintain the customer’s last-mile service level. * Control inventory and ensure its accuracy through periodic audits. * Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and good warehouse practices. * Coordinate with other departments (customer service, transportation, procurement) to ensure smooth operations. * Maintain daily coordination with the Last-Mile (delivery) team. * Utilize and optimize WMS systems and related technological tools. **Who Are We Looking For? ️️** * Experience in logistics. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Strong leadership and team management capabilities. * Native Spanish speaker with intermediate-to-advanced English (spoken and written). * Proficiency in WMS / ERP systems. **What Do We Offer?** * Contract type: **Permanent** * Working hours: **Full-time** * Start date: **Immediate** *In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, please note that submitting this form constitutes your authorization to PAACK LOGISTICS IBERIA, S.L.U. and its group companies to process your personal data, which will be stored in information systems owned by PAACK LOGISTICS IBERIA, S.L.U., for the purpose of processing your application as a candidate for this job opening, sending communications regarding the status of your application, sending quality surveys about the selection process, and, where applicable, sending you job offers of interest.
