As part of several upcoming store openings, we are recruiting a Store Manager for Oviedo. A sales professional passionate about the beauty universe — join us to share the adventure of a rapidly growing brand! Reporting to a Regional Director, you will be fully responsible for all aspects of the store and serve as ambassador for our brand and values. Your top priority at all times: customer satisfaction. * Firmly focused on welcoming customers, providing expert advice, and fostering loyalty, you ensure optimal service quality in your store. * Drive commercial performance through effective cash management and close monitoring of key metrics: turnover, average transaction value, conversion rate, hourly productivity, collective targets, etc. * Motivate your team while upholding company values and adopting a talent-development mindset. * Boost sales by delivering impeccable customer service and maintaining a flawless store image. * Oversee administrative, HR, and logistical operations for your store. Guarantee quality standards regarding visual presentation (product display, merchandising, and store cleanliness). * Ensure smooth store operations by adhering to procedures while embodying and promoting company values. Ideally, you hold a commercial education complemented by aesthetic training. You speak English at a professional level. You have proven experience in sales and team management. Your background enables you to master tracking of commercial KPIs, excellence in customer service, and proximity-based management. Fully customer-oriented, you are dynamic, responsive, and proactive.
