




Job Summary: We are seeking a second-level meat cutter to cut and portion kid meat, prepare orders, and maintain tools and the work area. Key Points: 1. Previous experience in butchery or meat cutting room is valued. 2. Proficiency in using electric saws for meat cutting is valued. 3. Knowledge of good food handling practices. We are seeking a second-level meat cutter for kid meat cutting. Main responsibilities include cutting and portioning the product using an electric saw, preparing orders according to instructions received, and performing basic maintenance of tools and the work area. Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts that may be from 07:00 to 15:00 or from 06:00 to 14:00. Previous experience in butchery or meat cutting room is required; proficiency in using electric saws for meat cutting and knowledge of good food handling practices will be considered advantageous. This position offers a temporary contract through an ETT (Temporary Employment Agency), with immediate incorporation possible. The gross hourly salary is 12.06€. * No issue with strong odors, raw meat texture, blood, etc. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle to reach the workplace. * Availability for immediate incorporation.
