At Winche Redes Comerciales, we are seeking an experienced Route Stocker to visit large retail stores and execute commercial strategies in hypermarkets and supermarkets, aiming to enhance brand visibility for our clients. Your responsibilities: **Shelf Management:** Ensure product availability, proper *facing*, and compliance of shelf displays with the brand’s planograms. **Stock Control:** Prevent stockouts, monitor expiration dates, and manage shrinkage. **In-Store Visibility:** Set up header displays, secondary placements, and install POS materials to boost sales during campaigns. **Point-of-Sale Relationship:** Build trust-based relationships with store managers and department heads along your route. **Agile Reporting:** Report daily activities, shelf conditions, and competitor actions via our CRM.
