




Job Summary: We are seeking proactive and empathetic reception staff for an educational center, responsible for in-person customer service, inquiry management, and administrative support. We are looking for reception staff for an educational center in Zaragoza. The center specializes in training and teaching, with a particular focus on languages and educational activities. Main responsibilities include in-person service to students and clients, managing phone calls and inquiries by providing information and solutions, and resolving incidents. Support in simple administrative tasks is also required. It is essential to possess strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating friendliness, empathy, and proactivity. At least one year of prior experience in front-desk or public-facing roles is required, along with proficiency in tools such as Word and Excel. The contract is permanent, covering a retirement replacement with a handover period. Working hours are part-time, totaling 20–25 hours per week, scheduled in the afternoon, approximately from 16:30 to 20:30. The gross monthly salary is estimated at around €1,000. The workplace is located in Miralbueno, Zaragoza.
