The main responsibilities include: Check-in/Check-out; monitoring and reading room keys; renting safe deposit boxes; cash reconciliation and handover to the colleague on the next shift; full accountability for all activities occurring during one’s working hours; handling incidents (but not resolving them); managing luggage; processing room changes; handling mail; selling rooms; managing switchboard calls; supervising bell staff under one’s responsibility. ### **Requirements** REQUIREMENTSPrior experience in a similar role.
