You will conduct studies, prepare, and monitor quotations. You will collaborate with the Industrial Department on orders. You will prepare statistical reports for analyzing service levels and tracking Technical Department KPIs. You will attend to customers during internal and external visits. You will manage technically scoped projects. You will coordinate complex orders. You will provide technical support to internal and external customers: * Conducting product assessments at customer sites. * Defining and launching new products. * Preparing technical-commercial documentation. * Preparing and justifying technical dossiers. * Delivering technical seminars and training sessions.
