Job Summary: We are seeking a Home Care Service Coordinator in Oñati, with a degree in Social Work, to coordinate teams, supervise staff, ensure service quality, and manage various functions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and supervision of teams in home care services. 2. Quality management and incident resolution. 3. Indefinite-term contract with flexible part-time working hours. We are looking for a person to coordinate the home care service in Oñati. A Diploma and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work is required. Specific training in Home Care Services and prior experience in coordination or management roles within this field will be considered favorably. Familiarity with relevant regulations governing home care services and management tools, as well as possession of a valid driver’s license, will also be taken into account. Main responsibilities include team coordination, staff supervision, and quality assurance. Duties also encompass preparation of technical reports, conflict resolution, incident management, and home visits when necessary. Invoicing control and overall organization of the center’s social work activities will also form part of the responsibilities. A 50% part-time schedule is offered, with flexible hours according to the monthly roster. The contract will be indefinite-term.
