We are currently looking to hire a **Business Development Manager** to contribute to the development and growth of the **Project Cargo** division at **Noatum Logistics Bilbao**. In **Project Cargo**, we specialize in executing industrial project logistics and project cargo, including oversized and heavy-lift shipments. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with **commercial experience** in freight forwarding/logistics companies—preferably in Project Cargo—and who is eager to grow within the highly dynamic and international project cargo sector. Main Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth. * Acquire new accounts and manage their commercial relationships. * Prepare quotations and follow up on quotations sent to clients and prospects. * Negotiate and close agreements with shipping lines. * Maintain constant communication with the client portfolio. * Achieve service excellence. * Maintain close contact with various internal teams and participate in all phases of a project (business prospecting, quotation, negotiation, closing, and execution), providing comprehensive support to clients throughout the full lifecycle of each assignment. * Keep CRM information up to date.
