At Goe Tech Center, the technological center of Basque Culinary Center, we are looking to strengthen our culinary team with an expert in food technology and new product R&D. If you are motivated to work in a pioneering environment where creativity and science meet, this is your opportunity! **Your main mission** will be to support the culinary team by applying your knowledge in food technology and your experience in R&D to create and launch new products. **Our main areas of work focus on:** * Defining the R&D strategy for culinary products and new business lines. * Coordinating projects: teams, timelines, resources, and budgets. * Participating in technical development, supervising trials and validations. * Writing and presenting technical reports, results, publications, and patents. * Disseminating advances at professional forums and international conferences. #### **Requirements** **We would love to hear from you if you have:** * A degree in Agricultural Engineering, Food Biotechnology, or similar. * More than 10 years of experience in food product R&D and technology transfer. * Proven track record in developing and launching products in different markets. * Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical methods. * Strong communication, analytical thinking, and team leadership skills. * Availability to travel and share your expertise wherever needed. **You will make a difference if...** * You have managed publicly funded programs (CDTI, Hazitek, etc.). * You have experience in supplier qualification and supplier relationship management. * You have detailed knowledge of current food regulations and legislation. * You are fluent in French (C1 level). * You have your own vehicle for greater flexibility. **What can you expect from GOe Tech Center?** * Being part of a pioneering project in continuous growth with great passion for gastronomy. * Permanent full-time contract. * Possibility of remote work. * Actively contributing to maintaining a positive work environment.
