In addition, customer complaints will be managed, and non-conformance reports and analyses according to ISO9001 standards will be prepared. The goal is to ensure that products and services meet established quality standards, as well as to implement and maintain these standards within the organization. To succeed in this role, a higher degree as a Laboratory Quality Analysis and Control Technician, Draftsperson, or related field is required. At least two years of experience in similar roles is essential. Advanced oral and written English communication skills are necessary, along with autonomy and attention to detail.
