We are seeking a **proactive, motivated, autonomous individual eager to learn**, who wishes to develop their PhD thesis within a high-impact applied research environment. The goal of this PhD thesis will be the **design of artificial intelligence algorithms applied to our positioning systems, aiming to achieve precise navigation of autonomous vehicles in both indoor and outdoor environments**. You will participate in **multidisciplinary projects** with researchers from other national and international centers, performing the following tasks: * Development of data analysis and/or artificial intelligence algorithms. * Experimental validation of designed algorithms. * Analysis of results and writing of scientific papers. * Additionally, you may collaborate in other R&D projects in which the Intelligent Systems for Industry 4.0 group participates. * Collaboration in other research lines within the ICT division. **Your impact:** Your research will contribute to the **development of navigation assistance systems for autonomous vehicles, mobile robots, and indoor drones**.
