Main responsibilities include preparing "mise en place", i.e., organizing and having all ingredients and elements required for culinary preparations ready. The role also involves preparing cold dishes and desserts, as well as maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area. Hospitality training is valued though not mandatory. Demonstrable experience in similar positions is essential. We seek a responsible and committed individual. Employment is permanent-intermittent, full-time, with working hours covering lunch and dinner services.
