Job Summary: We are seeking a kitchen assistant to collaborate in food preparation, support the chef in order preparation, and maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for cleanliness and hygiene in the work area We are looking for a kitchen assistant in Villaviciosa, Asturias, to actively participate in the preparation of various foods, performing tasks such as peeling, washing, chopping, cutting, and other basic preparations. The selected candidate will assist the chef in preparing orders and will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning all kitchenware, utensils, and equipment used in the kitchen. Additionally, they must maintain strict order and hygiene throughout all work areas. A minimum of two years’ verifiable experience in a similar position is required. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with the possibility of immediate start. Working hours will be defined according to the Collective Agreement for the Hospitality Sector of the Principality of Asturias, with a gross monthly salary of 1\.500 euros.
