Job Summary: A support professional providing counseling, guidance, and accompaniment to service users and their families, fostering bonding, motivation, and the development of daily life skills. Design and implementation of leisure activities and therapeutic workshops We are seeking a candidate to carry out support tasks in counseling, guidance, and accompaniment for service users and their families in Telde. Main responsibilities include promoting key aspects such as bonding, motivation, and the development of daily habits and basic skills. Ensuring the safety of individuals and the intervention environment is also required through various practices, including task monitoring, compliance with regulations, and mediation. Participation in the design and implementation of leisure activities and therapeutic workshops is expected. Coordination with other professionals and resources involved in service users’ processes will be necessary to facilitate their socio-laboral reintegration, as well as documentation and organization of interventions. The ability to lead and facilitate group meetings will be valued. This is a permanent, full-time position with an annual gross salary of 23\.029 €.
