




**PROJECT MANAGER** **WHO ARE WE?** Fairson Inventaire specializes in outsourced inventory services and operates both nationally and internationally for a wide variety of clients: retail chains, manufacturers, major accounts, etc. The quality of our operations, the expertise of our teams, and our range of services tailored to each client’s specific needs make us a recognized benchmark in this continuously growing market. **Position Description** This position is based in Cornellà de Llobregat. You will join a department of 7 people. Your primary mission will be to coordinate and manage all aspects of project implementation according to the scheduled timeline. The role will focus primarily on customer-facing and operational responsibilities, as well as interdepartmental collaboration (sales, software development, planning, technical support, operations): * Identify actual requirements regarding contracted services. * Develop and present to clients the defined procedures for their inventories (declarations, discrepancies, final reports, etc.) in accordance with agreements finalized by the sales team. * Collaborate with the IT and technical writing departments to define the necessary technical specifications for software development. * Conduct preliminary testing with technical support and ensure proper functionality of tools prior to the first inventory. **In collaboration with the sales and operations teams:** * Review inventory processes and propose improvements for existing clients. * Define procedures for new clients. * Validate the feasibility of inventories. **Quality and Customer Relations:** * Identify quality issues reported by field staff, customers, or the sales team, and define procedures requiring improvement. * Provide clear and definitive responses to teams so they can act effectively with their counterparts (primarily customers), offering concrete and sustainable solutions. * Promote a culture of quality among employees and customers. **Communication:** * Gather information and disseminate it across various departments. * Ensure each client’s specific requirements are accurately communicated to field teams. * Facilitate communication among technical support, the sales department, and the client to improve service quality. **EXPECTED RESULTS** * Ensure functional coordination among the company’s various departments. * Structure the workflow by implementing efficient and stable procedures. * Develop working methods that foster anticipation and prevention. * Leverage field experience to achieve project objectives while respecting allocated resources (budget and deadlines). * Prepare and deliver reports and evaluations within established timelines. * Ensure smooth and effective two-way communication (upward and downward). **PROFILE** **Knowledge and Experience:** * Educational background: completion of at least two years of post-secondary education or vocational training following high school. * Minimum one year of professional experience. * Experience in sales and/or merchandising will be valued. * Bilingual proficiency in Italian (the first interview will be conducted with one of our Italian collaborators). * Knowledge of French is an asset. **Technical Competencies:** * Excellent organizational skills. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Ability to lead meetings and work effectively in multidisciplinary environments. **Personal Competencies:** * Analytical and synthesizing abilities. * Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. * Customer-oriented mindset. * Team spirit. * Pragmatism and proactivity. * Effective stress management. **POSITION CONDITIONS** * Permanent contract with immediate start in Barcelona (Spain). * Salary: €23,500 gross per year. * Regular travel to Italy. * Initial training period in France. * Benefits: company laptop and mobile phone, meal vouchers.
