Our work is not just about ensuring smooth guest check-in or check-out. Beyond that, it is about building an experience that is unique and memorable for the guest. Our Guest Experience Experts take the initiative to offer a broad range of services that guide our guests throughout their stay. They feel empowered to be on the move and get things done at every moment. Whether performing operational tasks, handling guest requests, completing reports, or sharing highlights about local events and attractions, Guest Experience Experts ensure these interactions become part of the guest experience.
Regardless of your specific role, there are several fundamentals essential to success (creating a safe workplace, following company guidelines and procedures, respecting confidentiality, protecting company assets, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communication remain professional). Guest Experience Experts are always on the go (standing, sitting, walking for extended periods) and engage in various physical tasks (moving items, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects under 10 pounds without assistance). It is critical that Guest Experience Experts consistently perform these tasks—and other reasonable tasks assigned—to ensure guest satisfaction and hotel operations.
