Your mission will be to support end users, resolve incidents, perform basic configuration, and coordinate with technical teams to ensure the proper functioning of business processes supported by BAAN. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Handling and resolving functional incidents in BAAN / Infor LN modules such as procurement, logistics, production, or finance. * Analyzing data errors, validating transactions, and supporting users. * Performing basic ERP configuration and functional maintenance. * Managing users, permissions, and roles within BAAN. * Documenting procedures and user instructions. * Coordinating with external vendors on enhancements and developments. * Supporting users during month-end closings, inventories, or other key operational processes. * Providing support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) prior to deployments. **Profile** ---------- **Your Profile** * Prior experience in functional support for BAAN or Infor LN. * Knowledge of business processes in industrial environments (logistics, production, procurement, or finance). * Ability to diagnose issues and translate user needs into functional requirements. * Strong communication, analytical, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
