Planning and organization of commercial activities We are looking for a candidate to fill a sales management role with administrative support responsibilities at our new office in Alcobendas. Key responsibilities will include planning and organizing commercial activities, as well as recruiting and training the sales team. Managing customer relationships, setting realistic sales targets and quotas, and supervising the portfolio of products and services will be essential. The role also includes analyzing commercial data, motivating the team, evaluating distribution channels, and managing budgets and resources. The contract is full-time, requiring 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday. Working hours will be split, from 09:00 to 18:00, with legally mandated breaks. * Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar position. * Immediate availability to start is required. * We seek a responsible and versatile candidate. * Residence near the workplace is an advantage.
