MISSION OF THE POSITION The primary mission of this role is to **ensure the proper operation of industrial machinery and facilities**, carrying out **preventive and corrective maintenance tasks**, as well as **predictive maintenance, technical improvements, adaptations, and modifications** of machinery. This is a **versatile profile**, capable of working autonomously, making technical decisions, and **rapidly and effectively resolving incidents**, even when working alone on the shop floor. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Ensure the proper operation of **production machinery and industrial facilities**. * Carry out **preventive and corrective maintenance tasks**, minimizing unplanned stoppages and recurring failures. * Analyze breakdowns and **autonomously resolve complex incidents**. * Perform **predictive maintenance and continuous improvement tasks**. * Propose and implement technical improvements to **reduce breakdowns and increase productivity**. * Report the **performance and status of each machine** at the end of every shift. * Collaborate in the **management and supervision of external maintenance companies**. * Support adaptations, adjustments, and modifications of machinery and facilities. REQUIRED PROFILE / QUALIFICATIONS * **Higher Vocational Training Degree** in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or similar. * Minimum **8–10 years’ experience** in industrial electromechanical maintenance. * Experience in **demanding industrial environments**, preferably in **steel transformation plants** or related sectors. * Experience with **complex industrial machinery** (laser cutting experience is valued). * **Mandatory requirements**: * Valid **forklift operator license**. * **Welding knowledge**. * Solid expertise in: * Industrial electricity * Mechanics * Hydraulics * Industrial automation and robotics * Ability to **interpret electrical diagrams and technical schematics**. * A **versatile, solution-oriented, and autonomous profile**, capable of “getting a machine back up and running” during incidents. * A **responsible, committed, proactive individual**, with strong stress management skills and results orientation. * Strong professional references. OFFERED CONDITIONS * **Permanent contract** from day one. * **Fixed annual salary:** **€35,000 gross**, including **availability allowance**. * **Productivity-based variable pay**: * Starting from **month 3**, a monthly bonus of **€0–250**, depending on achievement of objectives. * **Overtime:** possibility of **monetary compensation or time-off in lieu**. * **Working hours**: * Rotating **morning and afternoon shifts**, **Monday to Friday**. * **Availability required**. * **Stable, long-term project** within a solid industrial company.
