An industrial company dedicated to thermoplastic injection, located in Bajo Bidasoa, is seeking to hire a QUALITY MANAGER to lead a team within a dynamic and demanding environment. Reporting to management, the hired candidate will ensure the quality of the production process to provide optimal service to our customers, guaranteeing continuous process improvement and consolidating a culture of quality throughout the company. **Specific responsibilities include:** * Managing customer complaints, ensuring root cause identification and implementation of corrective/preventive actions. * Handling internal incidents, including inspections and product controls during the thermoplastic injection process. * Leading process optimization together with Production and Engineering to reduce defects. * Defining and monitoring quality indicators (KPIs), reporting results directly to Management. * Participating as a member of new project teams. * Being responsible, together with the team, for maintaining the company's management systems and coordinating audits. * Defining and maintaining the company's Quality policies: establishing and monitoring Quality department policies and objectives; defining and developing the annual management plan. * Establishing and improving processes and practices related to quality management. (Driving, energizing, and promoting daily routines). MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * Education: Industrial Engineering degree. * Experience: Minimum of 5 years in quality roles within the industrial sector, preferably in the plastic industry. * Experience in managing customer complaints and/or internal claims. * Proficiency in quality tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D, and problem\-solving methodologies. * Advanced level of English, both written and spoken. * Competencies: leadership, analytical skills, results\-orientation, communication, and negotiation.
